Olg Self Exclusion List
The self-exclusion applies to all Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation and, in Caesars Windsor's case, Caesars Entertainment Corporation gaming facilities, including commercial casinos, slot facilities at racetracks and charity casinos. The OLG Self-Exclusion Program was designed for people who want to pause or stop their gambling.

- Every casino (commercial and charity), and slot facility in Ontario complies with the OLG’s Policy on Responsible Gaming, including participation in the Self-Exclusion Program, in which individuals request to have themselves placed on a ‘list’ of self-excluded persons.
- CMP and Affirmative Exclusions Northern Lighthouse Agreed to Pay $29,000 for Allegedly Violating the Civil Monetary Penalties Law by Employing an Excluded Individual August 4, 2020.
- Self-Exclusion List application forms may include a request to waive the liability of the Office and its agents, Sports Wagering Licensees and their agents, the District and any person licensed pursuant to the Act, or other such persons as deemed necessary.

Accreditation
Gateway Casinos Sudbury maintains a Responsible Gaming Accreditation. The Responsible Gaming Accreditation is a standard in which Gateway Casinos’ Responsible Gaming Program is measured against eight core responsible gambling standards including corporate policies, self-exclusion, advertising and promotion, informed decision making, assisting patrons who may have problems with gambling, access to money, venue growth and game features and employee training. PlaySmart
PlaySmart, a program of the OLG, provides patrons and employees with information on safer gambling practices as well as assistance and local referrals for help with gambling-related problems. PlaySmart Centres are independent and information provided to PlaySmart is confidential. Visit the PlaySmart website or visit a PlaySmart Centre at your local facility and look for PlaySmart information throughout our gaming floor.
Self-Exclusion Program

A Self-Exclusion applies to all OLG gaming facilities, including commercial casinos, slot facilities, and charity casinos. Win/Loss Statements
You may request your win/loss statements at any of the Guest Services desks at our sites. You will be required to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID. The reason we ask for valid government-issued photo ID is to ensure that we do not unintentionally change or release your personal information to a third party who is representing him/herself as you. If you do not wish to visit one of our sites, you can send your request in writing to our Privacy officer. You will be required to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo ID.
